37 on Salmon is a Hamptons-style colourful beach house filled with fun art and splashes of yellow and blue.
The ground floor is open plan with a modern kitchen and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a guest loo leading off the living area. Two rooms have Queen size beds, one bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom has four bunk beds for children.
The top floor is where you sit at the “Silly Salmon” Beach Bar looking over the ocean. Or relax on the wooden deck with a view overlooking the beautiful swimming pool below. A fun-filled yellow accent wall boasts beautiful underwater photographs. The Beach Bar and open-plan top floor is beautifully equipped and tastefully decorated.
The house is pet-friendly and has a lovely garden for children to play in. There is a double garage at the back of the property.
The house is secure and has an automatic gate and electric fence. There is an inverter to provide power during load shedding.
