Hello, my name is Heather, I am an advanced-level hypnosis practitioner (non-medical)
Throughout my life, working with, and more importantly, helping people has been my passion. I have mentored and coached people in the business world for many years. I have drawn from the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years as well as broadening and developing myself through the study of hypnotherapy, initially through the SAMHA. I am currently studying through an academy in Australia. to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist/Counsellor.
I have been a practising hypnotherapist for 10 years.

Clients come to me from all walks of life, with their unique journey and as they put their faith and trust in me, I give them my complete attention with nothing but an open mind and many years’ experience dealing with people. I provide a professional, safe, and confidential environment where you can relax and start the healing process.
I have consulting rooms at the White House in Howick or consult online with clients in South Africa and throughout the world.
